James Busterud, baritone
Originally from San Francisco, James Busterud graduated from Pomona College and received a Masters from the Eastman School of Music. Highlights of his singing career included appearances with the Metropolitan Opera, the San Francisco Opera and the Santa Fe Opera, and a recording of Puccini’s La Bohème with Leonard Bernstein on the Deutsche Grammophon label. He participated as a soloist for Queen Elizabeth during her visit to California with President Reagan in 1983. Mr. Busterud lives in New York City with his wife and their two young children. He is a Vice President with Morgan Stanley.
